Healthcare as an Economic Engine:
Stanford & UCSF Shaping the Bay Area

Stanford Health Care and UCSF Health are not only advancing medicine, they are reshaping the Bay Area’s economy, communities, and skyline through transformative capital investment and development. Join Helen Wilmot of Stanford Health Care and James Pease of UCSF Health for a conversation on how two of the world’s leading healthcare institutions are planning for growth, innovation, and long-term regional impact. Through examples of major new developments and campus expansions, they will share how their organizations’ visions and capital strategies are driving real estate decisions, influencing urban development, and shaping the future of healthcare infrastructure across the Bay Area.
