100 McAllister

Join the LAI Golden Gate Chapter for a hard hat tour of 100 McAllister St., which UC Law SF is extensively renovating for student and faculty housing to support its Academic Village. The first phase of this renovation will add 40 units for a total of 198 beds. The project involves a major seismic retrofit, unit restorations and building systems upgrades.

The tour will be led by LAI members David Seward, UC Law SF; Don Libbey, Plant Construction; and Ruth Todd, Page & Turnbull (preservation architect), among others.

Meet at 198 McAllister, San Francisco, 3:30pm. Closed-toe shoes and long pants are required.

Following the tour, we’ll gather for pizza at Emperor Norton's Boozeland (510 Larkin St.). Beverages will be available for purchase.
