Potrero Power Station: From Power Plant to New Waterfront Neighborhood
This fall, join us for a special two-part program on the transformation of San Francisco’s historic Potrero Power Station.
Part I – Walking Tour (September 18, 3pm)
Go behind the scenes of the 20+ acre redevelopment as Associate Capital leads us through:
The Sophie Maxwell Building – first residential project, welcoming 105 families later this year
UCSF Proton Therapy Center – nearly $1B state-of-the-art cancer treatment facility now underway
Prequel Park – major public open space by Thomas Heatherwick, featuring gardens, play areas, and a preserved 300-foot red chimney reborn as an art gallery
Tour leaders include Enrique Landa (Managing Partner), Molly Maybrun (Chief Development Officer), David Hamsher (General Counsel), and Tina Chang (Partner & Managing Director, Development)—the team bringing Power Station’s vision to life.
Tour Logistics | 3:00 PM – Meet at 1201 Illinois St., cross street: Humbolt Street. Turn on to Humbolt Street and take the first right turn into the parking lot. Security or a team member will direct you to meeting location. A happy hour will follow at the Associate Capital Offices. Parking is available adjacent to meeting location.
