Join us for an exclusive roundtable on Mass Timber Construction, bringing together four industry experts at the forefront of this rapidly growing sustainable, high-performance building type. Hear from the perspectives of a contractor on the realities of building with mass timber, a fire life-safety expert on navigating safety considerations and code compliance, and a structural engineer on design innovation and performance. This multidisciplinary panel will offer attendees a rare 360-degree view of mass timber projects—from concept through construction.

Bevan Jones, PE, Principal and Director of Strategic Initiatives at Holmes; Eric Long, PE, SE, LEED AP, Partner at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill; Lisa Podesto, Director of Mass Timber and Sustainable Construction Innovation at Swinerton; and Brian Main, LEED AP, Vice President and Construction Manager at Plant Construction Company, L.P., will discuss the regulatory, design, supply chain, procurement, and cost considerations shaping mass timber construction in California.
