2022 LAI Golden Gate Chapter Nominations

The LAI Golden Gate Chapter invites members to nominate industry colleagues for consideration by the Nomination Committee for LAI Golden Gate Chapter membership. The deadline is Friday, August 5, 2022.

For guidance to identify worthy nominees, find below a description of membership qualifications used by the Nomination Committee:

“To be eligible for membership in LAI, a candidate must have both: (1) made an outstanding or noteworthy contribution to the advancement of land economics, to a better understanding of the principles of land economics, or to the practical application of such principles in the development, redevelopment, preservation, or better use of the world's land resources, and (2) conducted himself or herself in accordance with the highest ethical standards for his or her profession.”

Please also bear in mind our Chapter’s commitment to advancing Equity, Diversity and Inclusion by improving the diversity of its membership and supporting diversity within the real estate industry.

NOTE: It is Lambda Alpha International policy that nominators and nominees should not work for the same firm/organization.

We typically induct 18 to 22 initiates each year, and often we receive more nominations than we can induct in a given year. To avoid disappointing potential members, please refrain from discussing your proposed nomination with your nominee during the nomination process.

Please use the button provided below to access the form. If you would like to submit more than one nomination, please submit each on a separate form.

The deadline for submission is by 5:00 p.m., Friday, August 5, 2022.

If you prefer to fill out a nomination form and e-mail back to us follow these steps:

  1. Click on the .pdf link and save the document with the nominee's name in the document title, i.e, "jillrealestate.pdf"

  2. Fill out the form for your nominee and save again

  3. E-mail to nsekhri@gibsondunn.com, and cc Lori Horan at info@laisf.org
