Luncheon - Looking Forward: The Economic & Real Estate Outlook for 2023

  • Wells Fargo Penthouse 420 Montgomery Street San Francisco, CA, 94104 United States (map)

Please note venue change - Wells Fargo Penthouse, 420 Montgomery Street, San Francisco

In January 2022, we spoke with Amy Price, Bental GreenOak and heard her measured optimism for the year ahead. At the time, we wondered was inflation transitory? How much longer would the Fed keep rates low? And, as we learned to “live with COVID” was 2022 the year we sorted out “the future of office”?

It’s been a year! For the January 10, 2023 discussion, moderated by LAI Golden Gate board member Mary Corley, we welcome LAI member Randall Sakamoto, President, Rosen Consulting Group, to provide the RCG perspective on the economy and real estate outlook. Top of mind issues include:

  • Inflation and interest rates

  • Are we in a recession?

  • Will office recover (in CBDs?)

  • Where are we seeing green shoots in the Bay Area?

  • What does the future office look like?

Join us and bring your good questions about what to expect in 2023.

Guests are welcome. Can't make it to the luncheon? Please consider sponsoring a speaker at the "Purchase tickets" link below:
