Potrero Power Station - Part Two

  • City Club of San Francisco 155 Sansome Street San Francisco, CA, 94104 United States (map)

The Nine-Year Transformation of the Potrero Power Station

Join LAI Golden Gate for a three-part conversation on the making of the Potrero Power Station—San Francisco’s largest private waterfront redevelopment.

  • Part I: Acquisition, cleanup, and record-speed entitlement;

  • Part II: Pandemic construction, infrastructure, and public-financing; and

  • Part III: Workforce housing, the UCSF partnership, and first deliveries.

Part history, part playbook, and part urban epic—this one promises both lessons learned and reasons to cheer.

Enrique Landa (Managing Partner), Molly Maybrun (Chief Development Officer), David Hamsher (General Counsel), and Tina Chang (Partner & Managing Director, Development) will return to discuss this landmark project.

Guests are welcome. Can't make it to the luncheon? Please consider sponsoring a speaker at the "Purchase tickets" link below:
