SF Exchange Tour – August 21, 2018

On August 21, 2018, members of the LAI Golden Gate Chapter met to tour the SF Exchange at Mission Bay.

They enjoyed a hardhat tour of the building and heard John Osmond of Kilroy Realty talk about the property.

The Exchange is a transformational new office development in San Francisco’s Mission Bay. The 750,000-square-foot project is the future home of Dropbox, which signed the largest lease in San Francisco history in 2017 with Kilroy Realty Corporation to occupy the entire building. Located at the intersection of Mission Bay and Dogpatch, The Exchange features people-first architecture with a fluid environmental design featuring urban plazas and lush rain gardens as well as some of the largest contiguous office floor plates anywhere in San Francisco. With easy access to Bart, Muni, Caltrain, the I-280 and cycling routes, The Exchange is easy to get to, resulting in a dynamic work environment with more time to think, meet, and be inspired.
